Typically 2-3 weeks from our first meeting to sale day. We handle sorting, pricing, staging, advertising, running the sale, and cleanup. For urgent situations (lease ending, closing date), we can sometimes work faster.
No problem—many of our clients are settling estates for parents who lived in San Diego. We can handle everything remotely with video walkthroughs, digital photo updates, and secure payment processing.
