What happens to items that don't sell?

We coordinate donation pickup (tax-deductible receipts provided) and can arrange junk removal for anything left over. You get a clean, empty house ready for sale or turnover.

Can you help with care placement AND an estate sale?

Yes! This is actually our specialty. We can help find the right assisted living community, then coordinate the estate sale to cover costs and timeline. Many families need both—we make it seamless.
