Typically 2-3 weeks from our first meeting to sale day. We handle sorting, pricing, staging, advertising, running the sale, and cleanup. For urgent situations (lease ending, closing date), we can sometimes work faster.
No problem—many of our clients are settling estates for parents who lived in Los Angeles. We can handle everything remotely with video walkthroughs, digital photo updates, and secure payment processing.
We coordinate donation pickup (tax-deductible receipts provided) and can arrange junk removal for anything left over. You get a clean, empty house ready for sale or turnover.
